All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, complete, and up to date. You must register your account using the full name that appears on your official identity document (MyKad or passport). Providing false or misleading information is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance or winnings.
Important: Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account only on the platform Agent U9. Multiple account registrations by the same individual – even under different names, phone numbers, or email addresses – are strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate termination of all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password secure Agent U9 your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other party. Agent U9 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation or notice any suspicious activity, you must contact the customer support team Agent U9 immediately via Live Chat or email at support@agentu9.click. We will take prompt action to protect your account.
Agent U9 reserves the right to request identity verification (Know Your Customer – KYC) at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds or when unusual account activity is detected. Documents that may be required include a copy of your MyKad or passport, proof of current address, and proof of the payment method used. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.
Account Agent U9 is for the sole use of the registered account holder. Transferring, selling, or assigning your account to any other party is strictly prohibited. Funds in your account may not be transferred between different accounts.
Agent U9 accepts deposits via the following local Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, RHB Bank, Hong Leong Bank, AmBank), GrabPay, Boost and ShopeePay. All deposit transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) only. The minimum deposit is RM 20 per transaction and are typically processed within 60 seconds or less.
The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per transaction. Agent U9 committed to processing all eligible withdrawals within 5 minutes to the payment method registered by the member. Available withdrawal methods are the same as the deposit methods listed above. Withdrawal funds will be credited to the same account or digital wallet used for your last deposit, unless otherwise specified in the withdrawal request.
Withdrawal Note: Withdrawals that require additional review — such as a first-time large withdrawal or when KYC verification is needed — may take longer to process. In such cases, our team will contact you using your registered details.
Any balance in an account that is found to have originated from fraudulent activity, multi-account use, bonus abuse, or any breach of these Terms will be fully forfeited to Agent U9 without any obligation to provide notice or compensation.
Agent U9 does not charge any processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Members are solely responsible for any taxes or fees that may be imposed by their financial institution or third-party payment provider.
All bonuses and promotions offered by Agent U9 – including Welcome Bonus, Deposit Bonus, Weekly Cashback, Free Tickets and VIP Bonus – are subject to specific rollover requirements. The rollover requirement for each bonus is clearly stated in the relevant promotion terms before you claim it.
As a general guide, the Welcome Bonus Agent U9 carries a rollover requirement of 10x (total deposit + bonus) that must be met within 30 days from the date the bonus is credited. For example, if you receive a Welcome Bonus of RM 100 with a deposit of RM 100, your rollover requirement is (RM 100 + RM 100) × 10 = RM 2,000 across eligible games before a withdrawal can be made. Games with very high RTP may be excluded or counted at a different rate toward the rollover requirement.
Some bonuses have a maximum withdrawal cap on winnings. Where applicable, this limit will be explicitly stated in the relevant promotion terms. Unused bonuses or unmet rollover requirements within the specified timeframe will expire automatically without compensation.
Bonus Anti-Fraud Policy: Agent U9 uses a sophisticated detection system to identify bonus abuse. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through multi-account wagering, hedge betting, or other methods deemed fraudulent will result in the forfeiture of all related bonuses and winnings, as well as immediate account termination.
Special promotions such as Weekly Cashback, Birthday Bonus, or Festive Season Promotions may carry additional terms that differ from the standard conditions. Please read the specific terms of each promotion carefully before participating. Agent U9 reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.
All games offered on Agent U9 — including Baccarat, Blackjack, Live Casino, Slots, Virtual Sports, Cricket, and Lottery — use an independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or, in the case of live casino games, real physical cards and equipment managed by experienced dealers in internationally accredited studios. The outcome of every round is entirely random.
In the event of any technical error, service disruption, or system glitch in the game, Agent U9 reserves the right to void the round in question and return the stake to the member. No winnings shall be deemed valid if they result from a clear technical error. The decision of Agent U9 on this matter is final.
If your internet connection is lost while a game is in progress, Agent U9 will attempt to complete the round in accordance with the established game rules. Each game has a specific disconnection policy, which can be found in the relevant game rules. Agent U9 not liable for any losses arising from connection interruptions on your end.
Agent U9 reserves the right to set minimum and maximum bet limits for each game or table. These limits may vary depending on the game type, the member's VIP tier, and the time of play. Members at higher VIP tiers may be eligible for more flexible betting limits.
VIP Rewards Programme Agent U9 has five tiers – Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. VIP tier eligibility is determined based on the cumulative total of valid wagers placed within a specified period. Each tier carries its own set of benefits and privileges, including higher cashback rates, exclusive deposit bonuses, VIP table access, a dedicated account manager, and more.
VIP reward points are calculated based on qualifying wagers only. Cancelled bets, bets placed entirely using bonus credits (subject to the relevant bonus terms), or bets on games excluded from the VIP programme do not count. VIP tier upgrades happen automatically once the eligibility criteria are met.
VIP tiers may require a minimum level of ongoing activity to be maintained. Members who do not meet the minimum activity requirements within the specified period may be subject to tier downgrade. Agent U9 will provide sufficient notice before any tier changes take effect.

Agent U9 cooperates fully with relevant authorities in the investigation of suspicious financial activity. We reserve the right to report any activity suspected of violating the law to the appropriate authorities without notifying the member concerned.
Platform Agent U9 provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Agent U9 disclaims all warranties regarding merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Agent U9 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
Total aggregate liability Agent U9 to you for any claim arising from or related to this platform shall not exceed the total amount you deposited into your account during the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
All content available on the platform Agent U9 — including logos, brand names, text, images, graphics, user interface designs, software code and all other materials — are the exclusive property of Agent U9 or the relevant licence provider and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the platform's content without written permission from Agent U9.
You may close your account Agent U9 at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to termination, any balance eligible for withdrawal will be processed in accordance with standard procedures. Balances derived solely from bonuses whose rollover requirements have not been met are not eligible for withdrawal.
Agent U9 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice. Termination is certain where there is evidence of a breach of these Terms, fraud, or any activity detrimental to the platform or other members. In the event of a justified termination on grounds of breach, all balances in the account may be forfeited.
Members who wish to exclude themselves from the platform for responsible gambling reasons may apply through their account settings or via customer support. Temporary self-exclusion (30 days to 6 months) or permanent exclusion is available. During the exclusion period, you may not register a new account or access the platform in any way.
