If you've ever bought lottery tickets at a regular kiosk, you know how inconvenient the whole process is — queuing, filling in paper slips, waiting a week, then having to check the results yourself or catch it on the news. At Agent U9, the entire experience has been rebuilt from the ground up to fit the fast-paced lifestyle of modern Malaysians.
First, no paper slips, no queuing. You purchase tickets directly within your Agent U9 your account in under a minute. All tickets you purchase are stored digitally in your purchase history — no need to worry about losing a physical ticket or forgetting to check your numbers. Our system automatically checks your numbers against draw results and credits any winnings directly to your account balance.
Second, a far wider range of options. A typical kiosk may only carry one or two lottery types. At Agent U9, you have access to more than 10 different lottery game types – from classic 4D and Toto, to Keno Live draws every 5 minutes, to digital Scratch Cards that deliver instant results. This variety ensures there is always something to match every mood and occasion.
Third, unmatched draw transparency. For Keno Live and Lucky Number Draw at Agent U9, draws are broadcast live via video streaming for all players to watch. You can see the numbered balls drop one by one in real time — not just be told the results after the fact. This level of transparency is something conventional lotteries rarely achieve.
For members Agent U9 who are active, every lottery ticket purchase also earns VIP reward points redeemable for free tickets or bonus credits. Platinum and Diamond VIP members get exclusive access to VIP Lottery with bigger jackpots and enhanced winning odds. This means the more you play at Agent U9, the more value you get back.

Malaysians have had a long-standing relationship with number games. From our grandparents' generation picking numbers based on last night's dream, a child's birthday, or a new car's plate number – choosing your "lucky numbers" has always been a uniquely Malaysian tradition. Now with Agent U9, you no longer need to remember physical ticket slips or queue at a kiosk early in the morning. All your tickets are securely stored in your digital account, and the system will automatically check your numbers after every draw. Win notifications — even for a small prize like a RM 20 4D Consolation reward — are sent directly to your account, with credits applied instantly.
One of the things Malaysian players love most about lottery at Agent U9 is the flexibility to purchase multiple tickets at once. You can buy tickets for several different lottery types in a single session – for example, 3 x 4D tickets, 2 x Keno tickets, and 5 Scratch Cards all in one deposit transaction. This saves time and maximises your chances of winning across multiple categories on the same day.
For players following the Keno Live draw in real time at Agent U9, this experience brings back memories of watching number draws on television — except it happens far more often (every 5 minutes!), it is more interactive (you pick your own numbers), and you can do it from anywhere on your smartphone.
